You may file by mail, by in person delivery or by fax or email.
To file by email, you must comply with the Wyoming Supreme Court rules for email filing. These rules are updated as of December 7, 2020. Links to recent amendments:

You must call the Clerk's Office at 733-2533 to request to fax or email file in every instance.

RECORDS SEARCHES AND ONSITE RECORDS REVIEW:
Case record searches / background searches can be requested by email for $10 per name searched. See additional information on the left navigation.
On-site records research requires an appointment which can be made by phone at 733-2533.
FILING, CHILD SUPPORT AND CRIMINAL CASE PAYMENTS:
If you are attempting to make child support or criminal case payments or submit new / re-open case filing fees, appeal fees, copy charges directly owed to Clerk of District Court, we request alternatives to cash payments whenever possible.
· For civil case payments, we have an online credit card payment link we can send for filing fees, jury demands, abatement fees, etc.
· For child support, we can review online and mail in payment options.
· For criminal case payments, money orders and certified funds are preferred methods of payments whenever possible.
If you have questions regarding child support during continued phases of this pandemic you may consult Wyoming Child Support Program website. Passport application appointments are required and can be made online by CLICKING HERE or calling us at 733-2533. The U.S. Department of State regularly updates passport processing timelines. CLICK HERE for current information.
Jury trials are on hold until January 2021.
