Performs administrative and supervisory functions involved in the operations of an 8 Lane Lap Pool, Diving Well, Leisure Pool, Therapy Pool, Water Slide and Splash Down Pool, Hot Tub, Steam Room and Sauna.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and schedule lifeguards;
- Oversee daily pool operations, chemical balancing and participating in the preventative maintenance and of aquatics equipment
- Planning and scheduling of rentals, programs and activities
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation or related field; CPR/First
Aid/AED, LG, CPO, and 3 years demonstrated supervisory/administrative experience. Teton County offers excellent benefits.
Hiring range is $21.95- $23.06 per hour.
