The Health Department is looking for a qualified RN to provide one-on-one education and nursing with a focus on sexual health services. Ideal candidate is an adaptable, team player with exceptional client service skills.
Duties include:
Perform HIV/STI counseling and testing services in a clinical setting.
Provide Case Management services to HIV positive clients.
Refers clients to other community resources and providers and participates in health educational and prevention programs.
