Updated Household Income Limits for 2025

Last week HUD announced new income limits for 2025. For Teton County, Wyoming, household incomes increased 6.31%. Click on the chart above to see in which income range your household qualifies.

What is "Median Family Income"?

Median Family Income refers to the midpoint of all family incomes in a given area, including those of single-person households. It means that half of all family households earn more than the median income and half earn less than the median income.

Median Incomes based on Household Size

  • 1 person household = $99,050
  • 2 person household = $113,200
  • 3 person household = $127,350
  • 4 person household = $141,500
  • 5 person household = $152,820
  • 6 person household + $164,140

What do you need to do?

Your income range and eligibility for homes matching that income range is determined by the Housing Department based on what you put in your Interest Application. Please make sure the income data in your Interest Application is accurate and up to date so we can correctly match you when homes become available.
