Please note that there are fees charged by the autopay company. These fees are as follows:
For any payment made by credit card, you will be charged 2.5% of the amount that you are paying, with a minimum fee of $1.95. This charge will occur each time you make a payment.
For any payment made by e-check, you will be charged a flat fee of $1.50 per charge, regardless of charge amount. This charge will occur each time you make a payment.

If you need to drop off payment outside of business hours, the Housing Department has an after hours drop box located outside of our office on Hansen St. Please raise the red indicator flag when dropping off items.
