Kids Club

Lottery Registration

Registration is required, lottery based, and available through our online portal. It remains open all day on the designated registration day. Lottery selections will be made and shared on the following Thursday and Friday. How it works:

1. Registration opens for 24 hours on registration day. Families will add their child to the “waitlist” in our online system.
2. Lottery closes: After 24 hours, the lottery is drawn.
3. Notification: Families will be notified on Thursday if their child has been selected for a spot.
4. Acceptance: Families have 24 hours to accept their child’s spot. If a spot is not accepted within 24 hours, it will be offered to the next child on the list.

Requirements

• One-time Youth Programs Pre-Registration must be completed before signing up for Kids Club
• All required forms (child information, medical authorization) and payment must be submitted before the first day of the session.

Sessions

• Session 1: Fall
  • Registration Day: August 18th, 2025 (open all day)
  • Session Dates: September 1st  - December 19th
• Session 2: Winter
  • Registration: 6:00AM on November 17th for 24 hours
  • Session Dates: January 5th - March 20th
  • No Kids Club Days: January 16th, January 19th, February 13th, & February 16th
• Session 3: Spring
  • Registration Day: 6:00AM on March 2nd for 24 hours
  • Session Dates: April 6th - June 5th
  • No Kids Club Days: April 24th, May 25th
  • Note: This session does not go to the last week of school due to staff training.

Location

Davey Jackson Elementary School Gym

• Students from other TCSD schools will be dropped off via the activity bus.
  • Bus riders will be met at the unloading zone by a staff member.
• JES students will be walked to the gym and checked in by staff.

Time

Monday - Friday on regular school days

• Pick-up window: 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. 
  (Extended pick-up available for an additional fee)

Daily Schedule

• 3:05 - 3:50 p.m. Free play as students arrive
• 4:00 - 4:20 p.m. Complimentary snack (includes fruit or vegetable)
• 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Themed programming (Monday - Thursday)
• Fridays are swim days! Please send a towel and swimsuit

Kids Club Refund Policy

• Requested 10+ days before session start: Full Refund
• After session start: Pro-rated refund minus $25 admin fee
