Jackson Street Apartments Unit 6C, 240 West Hansen Avenue:

    • 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, approximately 944 square feet
    • Range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and washer & dryer.
    • NO PETS ALLOWED
    • Income Range: 80% to 120% of the Median Family Income -see income limits listed below
    • Occupancy Requirement: two (2) or more people
    • The monthly rental amount is $2,264 until Median Family Income numbers are published by HUD (est. April 2026), which includes electricity, water, sewer, and trash. 
    • $50 monthly wi-fi fee
    • At least one adult in the household must work a minimum of 1,560 hours per year. Please read the policies to enter any weighted drawing: Housing Department Rules & Regulations, Section 4: Weighted Drawing.
    • Initial rental term begins April 2026. The first month's rent + a $1,500 security deposit will be due at signing.  The total security deposit due is $3,000, $1,500 can be paid in payments over one (1) year ($125 per month). 
    • Deadline to Apply: Tuesday, February 17th, by 4:00 PM. If selected first for this unit, you will be notified by phone, and you must submit a complete application within 5 business days. All others will be sent an email notice.

Income Limits - households may not earn more than the limits listed below:

Two-Person Household:      $90,560 to $135,840

Three-Person Household:  $101,880 to $152,820

Four-Person Household:    $113,200 to $169,800

Five-Person Household:     $122,256 to $183,384

Six-Person Household:       $131,312 to $196,968

Seven-Person Household:  $140,368 to $210,552

Eight-Person Household:    $149,424 to $224,136

Asset Limit - $339,600

If you have created and completed your interest application before February 4th, and you meet the income and asset qualifications for the specific unit currently available, you will receive an email from us inviting you to enter the drawing for this unit. If you have not received an invitation email, you may not enter this drawing. 

Step 1: To be eligible to enter, you must have received an invitation email, click the link in the email to enter the drawing.

Step 2: Upload the following documents to your Interest Application before the deadline (February 17, 2026)

Calculation of Income

Household income is based on the current income earned by all intended adult occupants of the rental unit at the time of weighted drawing, using the current household income to estimate an annual (12-month) income basis. Households must use their current income and may not make changes or adjustments to earnings to fit within the income range.

If you are self-employed, please complete this form and upload it to your Interest Application.
