This partnership with Roller Development and Post Company created 12 Workforce Ownership homes - 2 one-bedroom homes + 10 two-bedroom homes - for households working in Teton County. The Town of Jackson provided the land for this development, which was purchased for $1,703,416.03. 

Sales prices ranged from $400,000 to $885,000. All homes will appreciate based on the Boulder-Greeley Cost of Living Index not to exceed 3% annually.
