Overview

TCHA collaborated with Habitat for Humanity by providing Habitat with five lots for them to build on. TCHA built five Category 1 Affordable town homes with unfinished basements for the owners to finish if they wish and two Category 1 Accessible townhomes. The development was completed in spring of 2011 and is located on Hall Avenue in East Jackson.

TCHA completed construction on the 5-2-5 Hall Housing Neighborhood and sold the homes in spring 2012.
