Pioneer Homestead - East Jackson

Overview

Pioneer Homestead is a Wyoming non-profit corporation based in Jackson, Wyoming whose purpose is to provide safe, affordable, independent housing for seniors and disabled citizens. The three neighboring complexes offer a total of 78 apartments with a variety of affordable housing options and rents. All apartments have income restrictions.

In June, 2003, TCHA was able to partner with Pioneer Homestead III and provide $400,000 of SPET funds as a no interest loan to assist in the development of this project.

Pioneer Homestead is located in a quiet residential area of East  Jackson. Exterior amenities include off-street parking, some covered parking spaces, and a large secluded common area, while interior amenities include individual apartments with full kitchens, quiet common areas, elevators, several small community rooms and several laundry facilities.
